The Control2Net Profiler is a web browser based reporting tool for building/street control networks. Below are some examples from the Profiler showing graphical reports from a Energy Management solution based on Control2Net and PowerBus on site networks (buildings). What site networks and what report types are available to the user that logs on is dependent on the user configuration, configured by an administrator using Contorl2Net Administrator. All data can be exported from the reports to Microsoft Excel, PDF-files, text files etc.

The Control2Net profiler is known for it's high performance. Each report pops up in your browser on demand. There is no long wait time.

Control2Net Admin. main page Cumulative energy consumption by weeks. The read line shows the historical consumption before the Control2Net based system was installed. The green shows what was regarded as acceptable energy savings by the customer to make the installation feasible and payback time he could accept. The blue "line" shows the real consumption after Control System installation. The result was a very happy customer, saving a fortune.

Control2Net Admin. time seriesThe ET (Energy Temperature) curve shows the weekly consumption normalized with the building dimension as a function of outside temperature. The red line indicates expected consumption before anything was done. The green line is what was expected by the customer after system installation that would justify the investment.

The dots indicate the real measured consumption for year 2004 after the energy management system was installed.
Each blue dot is a winter week consumption, each yellow dot is a summer week consumption. What week each dot presents can be seen be dragging the mouse over the dot. A small popup will appear with the week number and consumption.

Control2Net Admin. device actions When a customer has many buildings he want to know what is the results of each building compared to all the other. The ranking report illustrates this quite well where total consumption normalized with outside temperature and building dimensions, is graphed for each building. "Negative buildings" are doing well the positive ones are not.

In the grid below more detailed information are for each building results. The grid content can easily be exported to MS Excel etc.

Control2Net Admin. action progress report Year consumption overview with outside temp. Consumption in kWh on the Y-axis, weeks on the X-axis and temperature in °C on the secondary Y-axis. This report shows the consumption of each utility (or other) meter in the building as a stacked bar-graph. The week avarage outside temperature is plotted as a green line over the bars.

A grid below shows the details for each bar and the sum.

Control2Net Admin. action progress report Day consumption overview with outside temperature. This is the same type of report as the above year-report, except the timeframe is only one day plotted by each hour.
Control2Net Admin. action progress report Some devices like the Janus PowerBus based utility loggers can log when the power goes off and when it goes on again. This is very important information as it can give answer to questions like "Why is there no consumption logged in hour 04 to 08 the 5th December?". The answer is most likely "because the power was down" and it can be proofed by viewing the power down report shown to the left.
