Below there is a simplified system sketch of Control2Net. The sketch shows four buildings in two countries. Note that if direct IP-connection is available to a building the "Country Communication Center" is bypassed and not needed. If IP connection is not possible we either use conventional dial up or implement IP-connection with GPRS modems from our French partner eDevice. Note that as Control2Net has support for time zones a single server can run buildings distributed all over the globe. All user interface is web browser enabled so location of administrators and users does not matter.
